SODE Performance Demo
Performance Details
The Client understands and agrees that the entertainment includes:
Performance 1: One Polynesian duet (preferred style: Tahitian dance) performed by two professional dancers.
Performance 2: One solo Polynesian fire dance performed by one professional fire dancer.
Performance length and sequencing may be adjusted slightly to accommodate the event schedule.
Payment
Failure to submit the final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the performance. Performers will be released on August 5th at 11:59PM.
Performance Area
The Client agrees to provide:
A safe, level, clean, and unobstructed performance area.
A performance space free from hazards, liquids, broken glass, loose decorations, low-hanging objects, or other obstacles.
An area appropriate for both Polynesian dance and fire performance.
Because Polynesian dance is traditionally performed barefoot, the Client understands the importance of providing a clean and safe surface.
Fire Performance Safety
The Client acknowledges that the performance includes a professional fire dance.
The Client agrees to:
Help maintain a safe performance perimeter by asking guests to remain at a safe distance during the fire performance.
Ensure the performance area is free of flammable materials, decorations, furniture, low-hanging fabrics, or any other combustible items.
Ensure that the fire performer is not required to perform in an unsafe or flammable environment.
Assist, if needed, in keeping children and guests outside the designated performance area.
The safety of both the performers and the guests is of the highest importance. Sophie Olson Dance Explosion reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or cancel the fire performance if the performance area is deemed unsafe.
Changing Area
The Client agrees to provide the performers with a private and safe location to briefly change costumes before and after the performance.
Privacy
The Client agrees to respect the privacy of the performers.
The Client will not request or exchange personal contact information with the performers. Any future bookings, scheduling questions, or business inquiries should be directed exclusively through Sophie Olson Dance Explosion.
Music & Sound

If the Client is providing the sound system:
-Please provide the email address where the music should be sent:
The Client agrees to test the music at least 48 hours prior to the event to ensure it plays correctly.
☐ Sophie Olson Dance Explosion will provide a portable blue-box speaker.
Photography & Social Media
The Client and guests are welcome to take photographs and videos during the performances.
Sharing on social media is encouraged. If posting, a shout-out to our company is always appreciated.
